Frequently Asked Questions

  • Turn off the printer from the switch located on the left side.
  • Hold the feed button and simultaneously turn on the printer from the switch located at the left side.
  • Once you see the test receipts, you can release the feed button.
  • It will print two receipts, please keep a hold of the second test receipt as contains the IP address.
  • At the bottom of the second receipt, it should have an IP address (for example 192.168.0.10)
  • Now, log in to the JeM POS app, go to tools icon on the top left.
  • Further into general settings, please note if the IP address is any different from the one mentioned on the second receipt.
  • If you notice a change of IP address, please tap on the edit icon, located next to the printer option and change the IP address.
  • Take a test order to verify if the concern is resolved.
  • After you log in to EPOS app, locate the blue tool icon from the top left.
  • Go further into settings and hit the control centre.
  • Under the first section, where it says Enter Table #.
  • Please Enter table # and SUBMIT.
  • Please use the generic passcode '1234'.
  • Your Table status must be free now.
  • After you log in to EPOS app, locate the blue tool icon from the top left.
  • Go further into settings and hit the control centre.
  • Go to Reset POS button on your right-hand side and use the generic passcode '1234'.
  • Please proceed and stay on this page until you see a message ‘POS reset Completed’.
  • Please use the feature ‘On Screen’ modification to change the prices/spellings of the categories/sub-categories/products.
  • Please TAP on any category/product name and hold it for 2 seconds.
  • A pop up will appear - which will contain product name, colour, and price option.
  • You can change the price/colour/name from the EPOS app.
  • Please note: It will be a permanent change.
  • Locate ‘manage order’ next to the payment button on the main order page.
  • Navigate to the order/table #.
  • Under the Status, you will notice a red arrow pointing downwards.
  • Tap on the arrow and scroll down to cancel.
  • Use the generic passcode '1234'
  • Your order will be cancelled.
